The Maintenance Men, Inc. was founded in 1975 by Herb Stiles Sr and his son Herb Stiles Jr. Herb Jr had just graduated from Duke University and wanted to start a business. His father had run many businesses in the past and saw a need and opportunity for a cleaning service that would provide reliable, consistent, and quality service to commercial offices, medical facilities, schools, banks etc.
35 years later The Maintenance Men continues to be family owned & operated. As seen in this Business Spotlight by The Fayetteville Observer, 3rd generation brothers, Grant and Tucker Stiles now run the company.
